How do I connect to SnapStudio?

Connect your iPhone or iPad to the same network as your Mac and the camera appears automatically in SnapStudio — automatic network discovery means you can start streaming in seconds, with no cables, capture cards, or adapters needed.

Does it work with software other than SnapStudio?

Yes. SnapStudio Camera works with SnapStudio for Churches on Mac, OBS with the NDI plugin, vMix, and any NDI-compatible software.

What video quality can I expect?

Full HD video streaming with low latency for real-time production, using the NDI HX protocol for efficient streaming over your existing WiFi network.

What camera controls are available?

Both front and rear cameras are supported, along with torch/flashlight control. Settings can also be adjusted remotely from SnapStudio.

My camera isn't showing up in my production software. What should I check?

Make sure the device running SnapStudio Camera and your production computer are on the same WiFi network, and that the app is open and streaming. Some networks (especially guest networks) block device-to-device discovery — if so, switch to a network that allows it.

Is there a subscription?

No. A one-time purchase unlocks unlimited streaming to your production setup.
