SnapPresenter Remote Support
Wireless Slide Remote Control for iPhone
SnapPresenter Remote turns your iPhone into a wireless controller for SnapPresenter on Mac — control your lyric and slide presentations from anywhere in the room.
Frequently Asked Questions
What do I need to get started?
SnapPresenter Remote requires SnapPresenter for Mac (available on the Mac App Store). Both devices must be on the same Wi-Fi network. Enable Remote Control in SnapPresenter's Settings on the Mac, then open SnapPresenter Remote on your iPhone.
What can I control from my phone?
Advance and go back slides, trigger an instant blackout with one tap, switch songs and navigate setlists, toggle the text overlay on/off, and start or stop NDI streaming — all remotely.
Can I see what's on screen?
Yes. The remote shows you the current and upcoming slide content so you always know where you are in the presentation.
What are the different modes?
Master mode gives you full control, Normal mode covers standard operation, and Volunteer mode provides a simplified stage display for helpers who only need the basics.
My phone won't connect to SnapPresenter. What should I check?
Confirm both devices are on the same Wi-Fi network and that Remote Control is enabled in SnapPresenter's Settings on the Mac. If the connection still doesn't appear, quit and relaunch both apps — some networks (especially guest networks) block devices from seeing each other, so try a network where device-to-device traffic is allowed.
