A quick guide to creating songs, configuring displays, and presenting live
Connect your external display(s) to your Mac. SnapPresenter supports a separate Audience Display (for the congregation) and Stage Display (for performers).
In Settings, assign which screen is used for the Audience Display and which for the Stage Display. You can also enable NDI output to stream your presentation over the network.
Press Cmd+N or click the + button to create a new song. Give it a title and start adding slides with your lyrics.
Search the built-in hymn and lyric database to quickly import songs. The full text is imported and split into slides automatically.
Choose a theme or customize fonts, colors, text outlines, and text positioning. Set a background image or looping video. Each song can have its own default theme.
Click on a song from your library. Its slides will appear in the slide panel, ready to present.
Use the Arrow Keys to move between slides. The Audience and Stage displays update in real time with your chosen transition effect.
Press Cmd+B to toggle blackout mode (clears both displays). Press ESC to clear the output. Use these between songs or during transitions.
