How do I get started?
Most families receive an invitation link from their funeral director by email or text message — open the link and the guided wizard walks you through each step: sharing details about your loved one, uploading photos, choosing a design, and placing your print order. Can other family members contribute?
Yes. You can invite family members with a contributor link so they can add tributes, poems, obituary text, and photos of their own. Everything is collected in one place for your program.
Do I have to finish everything in one sitting?
No. Your progress is saved as you go, so you can complete the steps at your own pace and return using your personal link whenever you're ready.
What print products are available?
SnapObit offers a range of memorial program formats — from standard folded programs and trifolds to multi-page keepsake books — in a range of print quantities. The right format is suggested based on how many photos you include, and you choose your quantity during ordering.
How does proofing work?
Before anything is printed, you'll receive a proof of your program to review online. You can leave comments directly on the proof to request changes, and production only proceeds once you're happy with the design.
I'm a funeral director. How do I offer SnapObit to families?
Create a director account at snapobit.lumenaproductions.com/register. Starting an intake for a family takes about 30 seconds from your office — enter the deceased's name and a family contact, and the family receives an invitation to complete the rest at their own pace.
I lost my invitation link. What should I do?
