For Facilitators

1 Create a Session

Log in to the facilitator dashboard and create a new session. Give it a topic or question that participants will brainstorm on.

2 Share the Session Code

Share the session code or link with your participants. They can join from any device - phone, tablet, or computer - no account required.

3 Manage the Flow

Control when participants can submit ideas and when voting begins. Close submissions when ready, then open voting to let the group prioritize.

For Participants

1 Join the Session

Open the Note & Vote app or visit the web link. Enter the session code provided by your facilitator to join.

2 Submit Your Ideas

Type and submit your ideas during the brainstorming phase. All submissions are anonymous until the facilitator reveals results.

3 Vote on the Best

When voting opens, review all submitted ideas and vote for your favorites. The group's top-rated ideas rise to the top.
