Set up your safety check-ins and emergency contacts in minutes

Initial Setup

1 Set Your Check-In Interval

Choose how often you want to check in: every 12 hours, daily, 48 hours, 72 hours, or weekly. Pick what fits your lifestyle.

2 Set Your Grace Period

Choose how long after a missed check-in before alerts are sent. Options range from 15 minutes to 4 hours.

3 Add Emergency Contacts

Add up to 5 trusted people who will be notified if you miss a check-in. They can receive push notifications (if they have the app), SMS, or email.

Checking In

1 Tap "I'm OK"

Open the app and tap the big I'm OK button. You can also check in from the home screen widget, Apple Watch, or via Siri.

2 Auto Check-In

The app can automatically check you in when it detects you're driving, so you don't have to remember during your commute.

Optional Features

1 Medical Info Card

Add your blood type, allergies, medications, and conditions. This information is included in emergency alerts to help first responders.

2 Apple Watch Heart Rate

If you have an Apple Watch, enable heart rate monitoring. You'll get alerts if your heart rate goes outside your defined safe range.
