Lumena Productions is committed to child safety. Our apps do not target children, do not facilitate communication between minors, and do not collect any personal data from users of any age.

Our Commitment to Child Safety

Lumena Productions takes the safety of children seriously. We design and operate our apps in compliance with Google Play's Child Safety Standards Policy and all applicable child protection laws, including the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar regulations worldwide.

Standards Against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

Lumena Productions maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) content. Specifically:

  • Our apps do not permit the creation, upload, distribution, or storage of any CSAE material
  • Our apps do not include features that could facilitate the grooming, exploitation, or abuse of minors
  • We will immediately report any discovered CSAE content to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement authorities
  • We will cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations related to child safety

App Design and Safety Features

Our apps are designed with the following safety principles:

  • No user-generated content: Our apps do not allow users to create, share, or view user-generated content visible to other users
  • No social features for minors: Our apps do not include chat, messaging, or social networking features that could connect minors with strangers
  • No data collection: Our apps do not collect personal information from any user, including children
  • No targeted advertising: Our apps do not display advertisements of any kind
  • Adult-oriented safety tools: I'm OK Alert is a safety check-in app designed for adults (18+) living alone, with no features that target or involve children

This child safety standards policy applies to all Lumena Productions apps distributed on Google Play:

  • I'm OK Alert - Safety check-in app for adults living alone (target audience: 18+)

Additional apps may be added to Google Play in the future and will be subject to these same standards.
